Introduction

1Definitions

• "IDR" or "Rupiah" refers to the Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency used for all transactions on the r2vip platform.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer and refers to the identity verification process required by r2vip to confirm the identity, age, and residency of Users.
• "RTP" stands for Return to Player and represents the statistical percentage of total wagered money a slot game is programmed to return to players over time.

2Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on r2vip, accessing any page or feature of the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you explicitly agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your agreement is deemed to have occurred at the moment you complete the registration process, make your first deposit, or place your first bet—whichever occurs first.

r2vip reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. 3Eligibility Requirements

To use the r2vip platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. r2vip strictly prohibits underage gambling and will immediately suspend any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation (such as a valid Indonesian KTP or other government-issued identification) at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are legally restricted from entering into contracts or participating in online gambling activities, you are prohibited from using r2vip.
• Residency: r2vip is intended for residents of Indonesia. You affirm that you are accessing the platform from within Indonesia or from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of r2vip is lawful under local laws and regulations.
• Single Account Restriction: Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the r2vip platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings.
• No Affiliation with r2vip: Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of r2vip staff are prohibited from registering or wagering on the platform.

4Account Registration

To access the full range of r2vip services, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address.
• Ensure that all information provided is truthful and can be verified through official government-issued identification documents.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change (such as email address, phone number, or residential address).
• Not impersonate any other person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any organization.

r2vip reserves the right to reject any account registration application for any reason, including but not limited to suspicion of fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, or provision of false information. We also reserve the right to request additional documentation at any stage to verify your identity, age, payment method ownership, and residential address.

Account Approval Process

Once you submit your registration, r2vip will review your application. Most accounts are approved instantly, allowing immediate deposit and play. However, we reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any account, which may result in temporary delays in approval or additional documentation requests.

5Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your r2vip account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your account credentials with any third party, including friends, family members, or individuals claiming to represent r2vip customer support.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available, to add an additional layer of security to your account.
• Immediately notify r2vip customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised.
• Log out from your account after each session, especially when accessing r2vip from a shared or public computer.

r2vip will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions that occur as a result of your failure to maintain account security. Any activity conducted through your account—whether authorized by you or not—will be deemed your responsibility until you notify us of a security breach.

6Deposits & Payment Methods

r2vip accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. All deposits must be made through payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments made from accounts not registered to you) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and refund of the deposit minus any applicable processing fees.

Accepted Payment Methods

r2vip supports the following deposit methods for Indonesian players:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata

Deposits are typically credited to your r2vip account within seconds of confirmation. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number and bank receipt.

Minimum & Maximum Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction (higher limits available upon request for VIP members)

r2vip does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees or currency conversion charges—these are outside r2vip's control and are your responsibility.

7Withdrawal Terms & Processing

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• You must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process by submitting a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) before your first withdrawal will be processed.
• The bank account or e-wallet name must match the name on your r2vip account and KTP exactly. Any discrepancy will result in withdrawal rejection.
• If you have an active bonus, you must meet the rollover (wagering) requirements before withdrawing any winnings derived from the bonus. Attempting to withdraw before completing rollover will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Withdrawal Limits & Processing Times

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per transaction
• Maximum withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction (higher limits negotiable for VIP accounts)
• Processing time: 15 minutes to 6 hours during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Most withdrawals are completed within 1 hour.

r2vip reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals requested outside WIB business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Withdrawal Fees

r2vip does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month may incur a processing fee of 1% of the withdrawal amount, capped at Rp 50,000.

8Bonuses & Promotional Terms

r2vip offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are optional. You may choose to opt out of any bonus offer at the time of deposit.
• Each bonus comes with a rollover requirement (also called a wagering requirement), typically ranging from 5× to 15× the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Only bets placed on eligible games count toward rollover requirements. Some games may contribute less than 100% or be excluded entirely—refer to the specific bonus terms for details.
• Bonuses have an expiration period, usually 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. Any unused bonus or incomplete rollover will be forfeited after expiry.
• Maximum bet limits apply while an active bonus is in your account (typically Rp 50,000 per bet). Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

9Betting Rules & Fair Play

All bets placed on r2vip are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet details (selection, stake amount, odds) before confirming. r2vip will not cancel or amend bets after confirmation except in cases of obvious error (such as incorrect odds display due to technical malfunction).

Sports Betting Rules

• Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body (FIFA, UEFA, BRI Liga 1, etc.).
• If a match is postponed or suspended, bets will be voided unless the match is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• For Asian handicap and over/under markets, bets are settled based on full-time results unless otherwise stated.
• Live in-play betting odds are subject to rapid change. r2vip reserves the right to reject or limit stakes on live bets.

Casino & Slot Game Rules

• All slot games and casino games are provided by third-party software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.) and are governed by their respective game rules.
• r2vip publishes RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot games and updates them daily. RTP represents long-term statistical averages and does not guarantee outcomes on individual sessions.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or game error, all affected bets and payouts will be voided and stakes refunded.

10Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the r2vip platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions (bonus abuse)
• Using automated bots, software, or systems to place bets or manipulate outcomes
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes or engage in match-fixing
• Depositing funds from third-party accounts or using stolen payment methods
• Attempting to reverse transactions, initiate chargebacks, or engage in payment fraud
• Money laundering or using r2vip to process illicit funds
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward r2vip staff or other users
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification

r2vip employs advanced fraud detection systems and monitors all account activity for suspicious patterns. We reserve the right to investigate any account at any time and request additional documentation to verify the legitimacy of transactions.

11Account Suspension & Termination

r2vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual
• Request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming Policy

In the event of account closure, r2vip will process the withdrawal of any remaining legitimate account balance (excluding forfeited bonuses or funds obtained through prohibited activities). Withdrawal processing may be delayed pending completion of any ongoing investigations.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closures are processed within 48 hours. If you wish to reopen a voluntarily closed account, you may do so after a minimum 7-day cooling-off period by contacting support.

12Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

r2vip provides the platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, r2vip disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious code
• Warranties regarding the accuracy of odds, game outcomes, or RTP percentages published on the platform

r2vip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of winnings, or loss of data. This limitation applies even if r2vip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-Party Services

The platform integrates third-party game providers, payment processors, and other services. r2vip is not responsible for any errors, malfunctions, or failures caused by these third-party services. Any disputes regarding third-party services must be resolved directly with the respective provider.

13Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the r2vip platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, and design elements, are the exclusive property of r2vip or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the platform without prior written consent
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform
• Use r2vip branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on another website

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which r2vip's operating license is issued. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction's arbitration authority.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against r2vip. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.
